HILONE XLPE Extrusion process

 The extruder should be cleaned before processing
 Before start of extruder, it is a good practice to run some LDPE through extruder
 Short stops for tool change, etc. can be done with the HILONE still in the extruder (not more 20 minutes) If even more time is needed, it will be lower temperature to 140 for all zones
 During shut down, extruder purge with LDPE or LLDPE
